Adaptive Electrification Management System

Electric Control Module

The Electric Control Module is a versatile controller usable across all machine system architectures. It provides rapid system performance, high capacity, and optimized productivity, essential for effective electrification management.

DCDC Converter Module

The DCDC Converter transforms a high voltage DC battery supply into a lower 14V or 28V DC output. It ensures stable, efficient power delivery to electronic devices and systems like operator controls and air conditioning, supporting reliable vehicle operation.

High Voltage Distribution Module

The High Voltage Distribution system safely delivers power from the battery to vital components such as traction motors, linear actuators, pump motors, drivetrain motors, chargers, and other auxiliaries. It ensures each component receives the necessary power and protection as directed by the operator.

Single Axis Inverter Module

A Single Axis Inverter is an electronic device responsible for controlling the movement of an electric motor. It precisely manages the motor’s speed, direction, and power based on control signals and feedback from the motor itself. By translating low-energy command signals into the required power, it ensures accurate and controlled motor movement. Our inverters utilize feedback sensors, such as encoders, to monitor the motor’s actual position, speed, and torque, enhancing precision and reliability in motor operations.

Dual Axis Inverter Module

A Dual Axis Inverter is an advanced electronic device designed to simultaneously control the movement of two electric motors. It precisely regulates each motor’s speed, direction, and power based on control signals and feedback from both motors. By translating low-energy command signals into the necessary power, it ensures synchronized and accurate movement across both motors. Our dual axis inverters integrate feedback sensors, such as encoders, to monitor the actual position, speed, and torque of each motor, providing enhanced precision and coordination in motor operations.
