Vacuum Gripper
Control Boxes
Mobile Platform
The Mobile Platform is a track loader with the operator cabin removed, it is replaced with a hand held controller used while picking pallets or moving CrewMate to the panel placement area.
Level platform base
The Level platform base actively measures the current terrain features and automatically levels the lift assist so CrewMate can work on rough terrains and slopes.
Lift assist
The Lift assist is a hoist with a built-in active lift assist mechanism. The hoist makes the solar panel weightless so they can be installed effortlessly.
Vacuum Gripper
The Vacuum Gripper uses 8 suction cups to securely lift the solar panels similar to how the panels are moved at the factory. The vacuum gripper will not damage your panels.
Control Boxes
The Control Boxes enable highly-automated features like torque tube following, navigation and other advanced features.
CrewMate can be used on all your solar field installations
Designed for maximum flexibility.
- Work with torque tubes over 9 feet tall.
- Panel weights up to 100lbs.
- Any Panel dimensions.
- Operates on slopes and rough terrain.
- Any racking system and panel orientation (flat or tilted).
Tested and Proven to minimize Panel Breakage
The CrewMate gripper system has been tested by for over 20 attachment cycles with gripper on a single panel with no damage.
